I practice Energy Healing from a space of unconditional love, truth, connection, compassion, and understanding, and I love helping people feel more healthy, relaxed, and pain-free through energy healing and feeling work.

The mottos I live and practice by are Practice makes Progress, not Perfection and All Beings are Worthy of Kindness and Compassion. With that, I aim to offer you support, healing, encouragement, resolution, empowerment, and a listening. And it is my belief that every being, person, animal, plant, home, and beyond, is worthy of care, healing, positive change, and growth.

So, what are my qualifications? I am a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Master, Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Energy Healing Practitioner (Sound and Crystal Therapy). I also have certificates in Coaching and Crisis Management. I am also working towards a Holistic & Spiritual Coaching certification so I can continue to learn and provide healing services for many different people and situations.

What does a typical session look like? It’s all about intention and intuition. During your session, I work with you (body, mind, and/or spirit) to release energy blocks to bring in health, harmony, and balance. After a session, clients have reported feeling cleared of heavy energy, more balanced, calm, relaxed, tension-free, and in some cases energized to take future action.

Rosalind (she/her/hers) is a healing and wellness practitioner based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has her certifications in ThetaHealing® with her Basic and Advanced levels, Hypnotherapy and Past-Life Regression Basic and Practitioner level, and has her Usui/Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki I, II, Advanced and Master certifications to practice and teach. Rosalind is also a Master Animal Reiki practitioner and instructor. She is also trained in additional Energy Healing Techniques including Metatron Healing Therapy and Crystal and Sound Healing. She also works Intuitively with Tarot/Oracle Cards upon request.

Rosalind also has anti-bias, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, first-aid, suicide prevention, and mental wellness support training. She is not affiliated with any religious or spiritual organization and is very supportive of everyone’s right to choose how to practice, or not practice, their spirituality.

Rosalind is a life-long learner and is excited to bring you new opportunities for healing throughout 2024. She has a loving and supportive network of friends and family and volunteers at her local community centre and hospital. She is located physically in Winnipeg, and will happily connect with you for distance healing sessions wherever you live.
